Bespoke Cuisine Weddings
As a boutique caterer,
Bespoke provides upscale cuisine and exceptional attention to detail.
Past clients and their guests consistently comment that ours is
the best wedding food they've ever eaten. This is because, unlike
many larger caterers, we take a chef-focused and customized approach
not only to designing the menu, but also to the food preparation.
The menus here on our
website are just sampling of your food options. We often create
customized dishes -- from flawlessly presented buffets to plated
meals that give you the best of our culinary artistry -- to provide
the taste, style and elegance that fits your vision for your special
day.

Job
of the Caterer
Bespoke Cuisine takes responsibility for three main things at every
formal event: food, service, and rentals. Coordination of these
three items are critical for the "food portion" of the
event to come off successfully. We can give you referrals to other
vendors and consultants. And in addition to the actual reception,
we can provide catering for showers, bacherlor/bachelorette parties,
the rehearsal dinner and the post-wedding brunch.
Bar
Service
Consider the duration the bar will be open the whole time or limited
hours. Also, do you want wine with dinner or just at the bar? A
champagne toast? Refer to our Bar
Service information for additional details on what Bespoke Cuisine
provides.
Tastings
We are happy to provide representative samples of a limited menu
you are considering. Note that the purpose of our tastings is to
give you a feel for whether you like our food, and not to let you
try a wide variety of foods. There is a $25 fee for a tasting for
two which is fully credited to your final bill. Additional guests
are $10 per person. Tasting appointments are scheduled with at least
one week's notice and are held at Bespoke Cuisine.
Rentals
Rentals (linen, china, flatware, glassware, equipment, chairs/tables,
etc.) are coordinated through Bespoke Cuisine and are charged at
cost +20% handling fee. Color/style selections are made by the client.
If an event planner handles the rentals, Bespoke Cuisine must review
the quantities of plates, flatware, and glassware, as well as equipment
being ordered, and a rental coordination fee will be charged.
Referrals
We can easily make referrals
to wedding/event planners, florists, liquor distributors, bakeries,
and photographers. See our Partners
list for our recommendations.
Licenses
Proof of business license and liquor liability insurance (liquor
license not required for venues we cater at) can be provided upon
request.
Gratuities
A staff gratuity (% of the pre-tax food cost) will be added to the
final invoice. This is generally 20%.
On-site
Services
- set up/placement of tables/chairs, including table settings
- we will also be happy to put out place cards and favors as requested
(set up time varies)
- food preparation/plating and service (type of service and attire
to be agreed upon)
- complimentary cake cutting and packaging of top tier
- cleanup/tear down (usually charged at 1 hour)
Guest
Count
Final guest count is due 5 business days before event. Bespoke Cuisine
plans for about a slight overage. Note that officiants, photographers,
videographers, florists, musicians, and children should be part
of your guest count.
Deposits, Contracts
& Cancellations
A $1,000 non-refundable deposit is required to hold the date. This
will be fully credited to your final bill. Additional deposit, payment
and cancellation policies are outlined in the Catering Agreement
and Event Confirmation.
