& Events
For simple, off-the-menu
delivery orders, please call, fax or email us at any time. We generally
require at least 48 hours notice, and we'll email you an order confirmation.
For other events, we provide a customized proposal with per-item
pricing for delivery and per-person pricing for staffed events.
Proposal
Information
The information we'll
need to create a delivery confirmation or event proposal includes:
- type and quantity of the food you're interested in (passed,
buffet, seated, combination?; heavy appetizers only, meal, desserts?)
- number of guests
- exact location
- start/end times
- rental needs (plates, flatware, glassware, linens, tables,
chairs)
- drinks you plan to serve (we do not provide alcohol but
provide barsetup and bartenders when needed)
- coffee and/or tea service needed
Please call or email with this information and we will prepare a proposal as quickly as possible.
