Private Event Space
Bespoke Cuisine is the destination
for easy and amazing gatherings, meetings and celebrations. We provide
the one-stop convenience of a restaurant along with the privacy
and exclusivity of an event venue.
Bespoke Cuisine, one of
the city’s top boutique caterers, opens its spacious kitchen
where guests can watch the fun in action while enjoying the adjoining
loft-like private room – it’s like having your own place
on Chicago’s Restaurant Row. Our warm inviting space is the
ideal spot for sit-down dinners up to about 35 guests and cocktail
parties for up to 75 guests.
Having a party at Bespoke involves similar costs as having a party
other rental venues, including staffing, rentals, bar setup and
possibly a room rental fee.
Room Features
& Rentals
The room has 15 chairs,
four café tables (low or high), and two wooden harvest dining/buffet
tables available, depending on your setup. Renting linens for the
cafe tables is required. Other rentals such as glassware, china,
flatware, and additional tables or chairs is at the client’s
option. Alternately, disposables can be provided. Our room has a
multi-speaker stereo system with a 200-CD changer Clients may bring
their own CDs or iPod, as the stereo is equipped with an MP3 hookup.
We offer candle decor, and can provide floral for an additional
charge, or clients can bring in their own floral. The room is also
festively decorated for the holidays.
Staffing
There is a three-staff minimum for events at Bespoke, and
more staff may be required. Rates are $27 per hour for the first
staff person/supervisor, and $20 per hour for each additional staff,
with a 5-hour inimum which includes 1 setup hour, 3-1/2 event hours
and ½ teardown hour. For events more than 3-1/2 hours, we
charge for the actual number of total hours required.
Beverages &
Bar Setup
We are BYOB. Our $3 per-person bar setup fee includes equipment,
ice, garnishes, and liquor liability insurance, as well as disposable
cups if necessary. We can provide soft drinks at an extra charge,
but most clients bring in all beverages. Clients must inform us
of their bar offerings and have beverages delivered 5+ hours in
advance to ensure proper bar setup.
Room Rental
Fees & Minimums
Pricing is based on specific
menu selections, party size and party duration. For clients meeting
a $1,500 food-purchase minimum, there is no room rental fee. For
events not meeting these minimums, the difference between the actual
food price and the minimum will be charged as a room fee.
Booking
an Event
To secure an event at Bespoke
prior to four weeks before the event, we require a $500 date-hold
deposit. Four weeks prior to the party (or for events booked within
4 weeks of the event date), a 50% percent deposit is due. The balance
in full is due at the conclusion of the party. We accept Visa, MC,
Amex, and checks.
